Software

GlycanBuilder2 v1.35.2

A graphical editor for drawing glycan structures. Choose the package that matches your operating system — all downloads are hosted on the official GlycanBuilder2 release page and the Microsoft Store.

How to install on Windows

From the Microsoft Store (recommended)

  1. Open the GlycanBuilder store page.
  2. Select Get in Store app, then Install.
  3. Launch GlycanBuilder from the Start menu.
How to install on macOS
  1. Check which build you need: Apple menu › About This Mac. A chip named Apple M1 or later needs the Apple silicon build; an Intel processor needs the Intel build.
  2. Download the matching .dmg and open it.
  3. Drag GlycanBuilder2 into your Applications folder.
  4. Eject the disk image and launch the app from Applications.

If macOS reports that the app cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified, right-click (or Control-click) the app icon, choose Open, then confirm Open in the dialog. This is only needed the first time.
